奥沙利铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶和亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌36例

Oxaliplatin in Combination with 5-fluorouracil and Leucovorin for Treating Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的观察奥沙利铂（L-OHP）联合5-氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）和亚叶酸钙（CF）治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效及不良反应。方法第1天，L-OHP 130mg／m^2，静滴2h；第1～5天，CF100mg／m^2，静滴2h；第1～5天，5-Fu300mg／m^2，于CF后静滴，维持6h；21d或28d为1个周期，2个周期评价疗效。结果CR4例，PR13例，SD14例，PD5例，有效率47．2％。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、消化道反应及感觉性神经毒性。结论L-OHP联合5-Fu和CF治疗晚期胃癌疗效较好，不良反应轻，能耐受，值得进一步在临床推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy and adverse reaction of oxaliplatin （L-OHP） in combination with 5-flourouracil （5-FU） and calcium leucovorin （CF） in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods L-OHP was used in first day, during first to fifth day, 5-Fu were used after CF, three or four weeks as one cycle. Efficacy was evaluated after two cycles. Results The overall response rate was 47.2% , the cases of complete response, partial response, stable and progression were 4,13,14, 5, The mainly adverse reactions were bone marrow depresslon,digestive tract reaction and neurotoxicity. Conclusions This study shows that the regimen of oxaliplatin in combination with 5-fluorouracil and leucovorin is effective for advanced gastric Cancer.
