中西医结合规范化治疗重症急性胰腺炎探讨

Clinic Application of Standardized Treatment of Integrated Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine on Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的通过19例重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)治疗结果分析,探讨中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎规范化治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2000-2006年收治的19例重症急性胰腺炎患者实行中西结合治疗的临床资料,总结内科规范化综合治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者的基本方案。结果19例患者死亡1例,占5.26%,余18例患者治愈。结论中西医结合规范化治疗急重型胰腺炎能显著降低死亡率,提高疗效。

Objective To investigate the standardized therapeutic method, of SAP by integrated traditional and western medicine. Methods The clinical data of 19 cases with SAP treated by the standardized therapeutic method of integrated traditional and western medicine was analyzed retrospectively, The basic program of internal medical standardized treatment on SAP was summarized. Results In all 19 cases, 18 cases （94.74% ） were cured and 1 case （5.26% ） died, Conclusions Standardized treatment of integrated traditional and western medicine can significantly reduce the mortality and improve curative effect of SAP.
