腐败现象的产生是人的社会属性与自然属性相互碰撞的结果,缺乏健全的人格成了腐败的发端。将分裂人格塑造成健全人格,要从内因和外因两方面着手,围绕社会主义核心价值体系培育正确的价值观和积极的生活态度。完善人格必须遵循自我教育与社会教育相结合,端正自我品行;加强自我监督和社会监督,约束权力者的施权行为;融人格评判于干部选拔、考核之中,不断完善权力者的人格。

The phenomenon of corruption is the result of the collision between man＇s social attributes and man＇s natural attributes. Lack of sound personality will lead to corruption. The shaping of sound personality from split personality requires measures to be taken based both on internal and external causes, and it requires the cultivation of correct value of life and positive attitudes toward life with the focus on the socialist core value system. To perfect personality, one must abide by the combination of self-education with social education and correct one＇s own behavior. Self-supervision and social supervision should be strengthened and the officials＂ usage of power should be restrained. Personality evaluation should be fused into the selection and assessment of cadres and the officials＂ personality should be constantly improved.
