聚(苯乙烯-b-丙烯酰胺)/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的合成及其降滤失性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用可逆加成—断裂链转移(RAFT)聚合法合成出了两亲性聚(苯乙烯-b-丙烯酰胺)/蒙脱土剥离型纳米复合材料(P(St-b-Am)/O-MMT)。对该纳米复合材料分别进行了IR分析、XRD分析和TEM分析。同时对其进行了降滤失性能研究,结果表明:聚(苯乙烯-b-丙烯酰胺)/蒙脱土纳米复合材料热稳定性好,降滤失效果显著;在高温下具有很好的抗盐、抗钙污染能力,呈现出更好的降滤失效果,是一种性能优良的抗高温降滤失剂。 An amphiphilic exfoliated nano-composite material poly(styrene-b-acrylamide)/bentonite,P(St-b-Am)/O-MMT,was synthesized in laboratory using reversible addition-fragmented chain transfer(RAFT) polymerization method.IR,XRD and TEM analyses,and filtration control experiments showed that this products had high temperature tolerance and was a good filtration control agent.As a high temperature filtration reducer,this product performed very well at elevated temperatures in muds contaminated with salt and calcium.
