摘要
基于近年来国外学者提出的超低渗透钻井液技术理论,由可溶、部分可溶及不溶的聚合物等材料,经过严格加工、准确计算和配比,开发出了一种新型超低渗透处理剂DLS-06。室内实验对其性能进行了评价,结果表明,加入少量该处理剂就可将各种体系转化为超低渗透钻井液,且不影响原钻井液流变参数。介绍了该处理剂在华北油田束3井1402~2300m井段的砾岩、角砾岩裂缝性漏失地层的试验应用情况。应用结果表明,用DLS-06配制的超低渗透钻井液具有良好的防漏堵漏效果,保证了钻井的正常进行;
A new ultra low filtration rate additive,DLS-06,was developed in laboratory.The preparation of DLS-06 involved the use of three polymers: a water soluble polymer,a partially water soluble polymer and a water insoluble polymer,in a specific ratio.Laboratory study showed that addition of a small amount of DLS-06 can convert almost any water base mud into an ultra low filtration rate mud,without negatively affecting the rheology of the mud.This paper discusses the use of DLS-06 in well Shu-3 in Huabei Oilfield: from 1402-2300 m,a fractured formation composed of mainly conglomerates and breccias.Results of the application of DLS-06 in this well were satisfactory.
