由于我国农村医疗机构分配制度改革尚未完善,单病种定额付费暂时没有出现医疗服务提供不足的问题,但是,从长远来看,为了防患于未然,全面并有效的监控措施必不可少,具体包括行业监管与非行业监管。

There haven＇t been problems about medical-service lack in quota payment of specific diseases because of deficient assignment system in rural medical institutions of China. But in the long period the effective and all-sided measures for monitoring and control, which include industry monitoring and un-industry monitoring, is indispensable.
