上海市长宁区社区卫生服务综合配套改革的评价

The Assessment to the Changning Community Health Service Comprehensive Reform Project

利用专题调查和焦点访谈等方法,收集和整理上海市长宁区社区卫生服务改革的项目数据,对长宁社区卫生服务综合配套改革及其结果作出评估。结果显示:长宁区社区卫生服务改革提高了社区居民的社区卫生服务利用程度,减轻了群众的疾病医疗的负担,并产生了良好的社会效益和经济效益。

Methods were used such as special investigation and focus interview, ete, to gather and coordinate the data of Changnlng community health service reform project, in order to make an assessment to the Changnlng community health service comprehensive reform project. The results showed that the reform improved the usage degree of community inhabitants of the service, alleviated the economic burden of the patients and produced fairly well social benefits and economic benefits.
