摘要
在梭式窑空气动力模型上，采用不同规格的烧嘴，研究了烧嘴的流量与喷速对窑内对流换热的影响。提出了换热不均匀度的定义式，推导了入窑气体温度与换热不均匀度的关系，得到了梭式窑对流换热关系式。
Effect of flow capacity and jet velocity of the burner nozzle on the convection heat transfer in an air dynamic model of shuttle kiln with different sizes of nozzle are simulated respectively.A formula for the definition of nonuniformity in heat transfer is proposed in this paper for the first time.The relationship between the temperature of the gas jetted into the kiln and the nonuniformity is developed,and a heat transfer formula for shuttle kilns is obtained.
