摘要
研究了不同系统烧结添加剂及其用量对氮化硅陶瓷高温力学性能的影响。所获结果表明:添加La2O3和Y2O3的氮化硅材料具有好的高温抗弯强度,从室温至1370℃高温保持不变。引入La2O3并添加Y2O3和Al2O3的氮化硅材料,其高温断裂韧性得到提高。减少添加剂用量可明显改善材料的高温蠕变性能。
Some properties of silicon nitride ceramics with different additives at high temperature were studied.The silicon nitride ceramics with La 2O 3 and Y 2O 3 additives exhibits high bending strength,which retains from room temperature up to 1370℃.The addition of La 2O 3 in the Si 3N 4 ceramics with Y 2O 3 and Al 2O 3 additives also improves fracture toughness at high temperature.Decrease in the amount of additives can improve the creep of Si 3N 4 at high temperature obviously.
