摘要
报道了含稀土量少的掺锰复合钇铁石榴石的制备。探讨了替代材料中铁位上锰的掺入对材料特性的影响。结果表明:锰掺入后的材料具有与YIG相同的结构,并具有良好的旋磁性质。该材料适用于制备磁隔离器。
The preparation of Mn 2+ doped composite yttrium iron garnet with less rare earth metal than YIG was reported in this paper.The influence of Mn 2+ dopant,which replaces partly Fe 3+ in the structure,on the properties of the material was tested.The results showed that Mn 2+ doped composite garnet had the same structure as YIG and possessed high gyramagnetic feature.The material can be used to manufacture magnetic isolators.
