摘要
介绍了多孔混凝土材料在饱和CaCl2溶液中浸泡烘干后含盐量的实验结果;在实验基础上,提出物理模型,找出含盐量随浸泡烘干次数、浸泡时间、温度、材料容重等的变化关系;证明了加气混凝土材料可作为吸湿盐载体并对控制材料含盐量问题提出看法。
Some experimental results about the salt content of porous aerated concrete at constant temperature with different humidity are introduced,and the results are analysed qualitatively.First,a law about adsorption and drying in response to variation of time and humidity is put forward based on the adsorption theory.Second,with assistance of statistic physics theory,the microcosmic relations between the rate of drying and the molecule mass and oscillation frequency are proposed.Theoretic results are in accord with the experimental results.A concept on how to obtain cheaper building materials is also given.
