固体火箭发动机磁悬浮试验系统的自适应控制器设计

摘要 电磁悬浮技术是一种先进的无接触支撑技术,其在固体火箭发动机试车架中的应用能够大大提高发动机推力测量的精度。首先介绍了磁悬浮试车架的工作原理及数学模型,然后对自适应PID控制器进行设计并通过基于dSPACE系统的仿真验证了其良好的控制性能。 Maglev technology is a non-contact advanced Strut technology, its application in Solid rocket engine test can be greatly increased the thrust measurement accuracy of the engine. The article first introduces the Principle of the maglev test frame and the mathematical model, then designs an adaptive PID controller and shows good control performance of the controller through the simulation results that based on dSPACE systems.
