为更好的做好矿井监测监控培训,本文从培训目的、国内矿井监测监控系统发展现状、教学内容及教学方式和教学评价四个方面分析了煤矿监测监控培训的特点,提出了"两个目的,四个版块"的教学思想,在教学过程中引入了"团体列名法"和"鱼刺图法",合理的训前和训后测评,使得培训的效果更有保证性。
