摘要
高校作为一类重要的社会组织,在我国公共危机管理面临严峻挑战的形势下,也面临许多危机管理问题。本文在比较和分析目前我国高校危机管理现状的基础上,提出了危机预防、危机处理和危机善后三个阶段中的具体应对措施,为高校应对未来的各种危机,实现校园安全以及创建和谐校园提供了理论指导和实践例证。
The University was an important social organization. With the communal crisis management facing austere challenges, the university also faced many questions of crisis management. The thesis compared and analyzed the status quo of our universities＇ crisis management, and brought forward material countermeasures in crisis-preventability, crisis-disposal and crisisrehabilitation. The study provided academic directions and practical exemplification for dealing the various crises in the future, for founding safe and harmonious campus, and for establishing modem universities.
