结构陶瓷磨削表面损伤的研究 被引量:9

摘要 分析陶瓷磨削过程并通过对Al2O3,Si3N4+ZrO2,PSZ等陶瓷磨削表面及次表面的SEM观察,研究了磨削损伤的形成机理和特征。结果表明:磨削损伤的主要形式有显微塑性变形磨痕、断裂剥落坑、磨削微裂纹和材料疏松区的塌坑;磨削损伤的特征取决于陶瓷力学性能。 The mechanism and features of ground surface damage as well as the effect of grinding on defects of ceramics were investigated by combining identative fracture mechanics with cutting geometry of abrasive grain,and SEM analysis of ground surface and subsurface for ceramics Al 2O 3,Si 3N 4 and PSZ.It is showed that:(1)the major surface damage patterns due to grinding are microplastic deformation trace,fracture chipping pit,microcracks,and subsidence in the loosen region of material;(2)the features of grinding damage are decided by the mechanical properties and microstructure of ceramics,and grinding parameters adopted.
