p16蛋白在维吾尔族妇女宫颈癌组织中的表达及意义

The expression and significance of protein p16 in cervical cancer tissue of Uighur women

目的:研究p16蛋白在维吾尔族宫颈癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组化二步法检测50例正常宫颈组织和93例宫颈癌组织中p16蛋白的表达。结果:维吾尔族宫颈癌及正常宫颈组织中p16蛋白的阳性表达率与汉族均无统计学差异(P均>0.05);但维吾尔族、汉族宫颈癌p16蛋白阳性表达率明显高于维吾尔族、汉族正常宫颈组织(P<0.05)。结论:p16蛋白表达可作为诊断宫颈癌的辅助指标。

Objective： To study the expression and significance of protein p16 in cervical cancer tissues of Uighur women. Methods： An immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of protein p16 in 50 normal cervical tissues and 93 cervical cancer tissues. Results： The expressions of protein p16 in the normal cervical tissues and cervical cancer tissues of Han nationality and Uighur had no statistical significance （P 〉0.05）, respectively. The expression of p16 btween cervical cancer tissues and normal tissues of Han nationality and Uighur had statistical significances （P 〈0.05）, respectively. Conclusion： The p16 expression could be as an diagnostic index in cervical cancer.
