小儿清热止咳口服液药效学实验

The pharmacodynamics of Xiao'er Qingre Zhike Koufuye

目的:研究自制小儿清热止咳口服液的药效学作用。方法:采用氨水引咳、角叉菜胶致足肿胀、干酵母致热等试验方法。结果:灌胃给予自制小儿清热止咳口服液20ml/kg能明显减少氨水引起小鼠的咳嗽次数,大鼠灌胃给予10ml/kg能显著抑制大鼠角叉菜胶所致足肿胀,可显著抑制干酵母性发热时的体温升高。结论:自制小儿清热止咳口服液与市售小儿清热止咳口服液具有相同的清热、止咳、抗炎作用。

Objective： To study the pharmacodynamics of Xiao＇er Qingre Zhike Koufuye produced by ourselves. Methods： Some experiments, including cough induced by ammonia liquor, foot edema induced by carrageenin, fever induced by dried yeast were performed. Results： The cough times of mice induced by ammonia liquor were decreased by Xiao＇er Qingre Zhike Koufuye （20 ml/kg）. The foot edema of rat induced by carrageenin was significantly inhibited by Xiao＇er Qingre Zhike Koufuye （10 ml/kg）. When the rats were treated with the same dose, the fever caused by dried yeast was obviously inhibited. Conclusions. Xiao＇er Qingre Zhike Koufuye produced by ourselves show the same actions of fever moving, cough relieving and anti-inflammation with the Xiao＇er Qingre Zhike Koufuye sold in the market.
