摘要
物流的广义概念详细描述了它的发展现状和遇到的问题。从这些问题的解决方法中引入了物流地产的概念,概括了目前国际上对物流地产的定位,它的发展现状以及与物流概念和研究方法上的区别。本文以普洛斯公司为例,用全新的视角观察物流地产这个新鲜事物在中国市场的登陆状况和引发的一系列投资热潮,观察该公司抢滩中国市场的现状、目前投资的项目以及该公司未来在中国市场目标和想法,借鉴其成功经验,提供给东北老工业基地物流配送节约成本环节一个参考建议,找出一个合理的可行性方案。
The concept of logistics discribes on detail the current situation of and problems it is facing. By solving these problems I introduce a new concept: estate logistics. And I summarize its international position, current situation and differences of traditional logistics. I observe the investment ups^rgeof Prologis Company in Chinese market, its current project and its future aim, successful experiences landing on China from a new visual angle , which provides reference suggestion and finds out reasonable proposal on link of cost to Northeast Old Industrial Base.
