The concept of logistics discribes on detail the current situation of and problems it is facing. By solving these problems I introduce a new concept： estate logistics. And I summarize its international position, current situation and differences of traditional logistics. I observe the investment ups^rgeof Prologis Company in Chinese market, its current project and its future aim, successful experiences landing on China from a new visual angle , which provides reference suggestion and finds out reasonable proposal on link of cost to Northeast Old Industrial Base.
