摘要
某野外工作设备,内部安装了大功率器件,而工作环境温度较高,为保证内部元器件和设备的热可靠性,热分析和热控制必不可少,热设计的优劣成为该设备结构设计的关键。介绍了在该产品设计中借助于Icepak热设计工具软件,通过热设计仿真,成功解决了散热问题的经过。并经过试验证明,热分析的结论与实际情况非常接近。
A certain field operation equipment with high-power parts installed internally operates in high-temperature environment, To guarantee the heat reliability of the internal parts, heat analysis and thermal control is indispensable, hence the success of thermal design becomes the key to the physical design of the equipment. This paper introduces the process of solving successfully the problem of heat dissipation by way of thermal design simulation with the aid of Icepack thermal design software in the equipment design, Tests prove that the result of heat analysis is very close to the actual situation.
