摘要 体育运动与人的骨健康关系紧密,儿童少年时期,适宜运动促进骨骼的生长发育,防治少儿佝偻病.生长发育期运动对骨量的形态结构和维持起重要作用,对骨质疏松有重要干预作用.中老年时期进行体育锻炼可有效地维持骨量、延缓骨量的丢失,降低与预防如骨质疏松等骨疾病的发生. Bone health of man has important relations with sports. During childhood, sports could boost growing development of bone and shape body form, and take precautions against rachitis. Growing period is the best time of obtaining peak bone amount,and sports could play an important role on the amount of bone and preventing rarefaction of bone or osteoporosis. Physical training of middlescent and the elderly could effectively maintain the amount of bone, defer the loss of the amount of bone and reduce and prevent the taking place of bone diseases such as osteoporo and so on.
