脂联素与动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的关系

摘要 脂联素(adiponectin)是脂肪组织特异分泌的一种激素蛋白。具有抗高血糖、抗动脉粥样硬化等作用。此外,脂联素与急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的发生、发展有相互独立的关系。血浆脂联素水平可作为预防心血管事件的指标之一。对脂联素的研究将为探讨动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的发病机制及治疗方案提供新的思路。
