论网络著作权保护的立法规制

The Research of the Legislation of the Protection of Network Copyright

目前,利用网络侵犯著作权的现象经常发生,我国《著作权法》却缺乏相关的规定;因此,应修改《著作权法》,增加有关保护网络作品的规定。

It is common that network is taken advantage of damaging copyright. Right of Network Copyright is short in our legislation. So we should amend Copyright Law and add the norm of the protection of network piece.
