摘要
中国与非洲国家之间有着相近的历史遭遇,面临着共同的发展任务,在国际事务中有着相同或相似的看法和主张,在合作过程中建立了深厚的友谊。进入21世纪,新形势下的中非关系又提升到了一个新的战略高度。双方本着"友谊互信合作发展"的原则发展友好的双边关系。坚定不移地继承和发扬中非友好传统是中国政府的一贯主张,也是中国政府外交政策中的基石。
African countries share the similar sufferings with China in the history. Facing the common developing object, both of them have the same or similar ideas and viewpoints dealing with international issues, during which they establish deep friendship. In 21st century, Sino-African relation that has being enhanced on the base of friendship, mutual-- trust, cooperation and development is put to a new high strategic level. It is immovably carrying forward Sino-African friendly traditional relation that is Chinese government constant insistence and foundation in foreign policy.
