In the information society, the net has not only brought more and more useful resources and commercial opportunities to enterprises, but also more and more hidden danger which causes a great deal of loss and many bankruptenterprises. Therefore, it is high time for enterprises to learn their various kinds of security threat and precautions to ensure the Security of Commerce Information System. The paper lays special stress on the significance of the Security of Commerce Information System and the common security threat.
