摘要
通过282例急性白血病患儿细胞形态学、细胞化学和免疫分型结果统计了急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)和急性粒细胞白血病(AML)各个亚型的分布情况:ALL的FAB分型以L2型为主,免疫分型以C-ALL型为主,前前B型次之;AML的FAB分型以M2型为主,其余各型均无统计学意义。作者还分析了免疫分型中抗体的使用,指出髓系细胞对CD13、CD14、CD15、CD33等抗体并不全部呈阳性反应或对CD7有交叉反应,因而为了提高确诊率和治疗水平。
Statisics was taken on the subset distribution of acute lymphocytic leukaemia ( ALL) . acute myeloblastic leukaemia ( AMI. ) according to the typing results of 28 2 cases ofacute leukaemic children by means of cytomorphology , cytochemistry and immunology. All was mainly I typed by FAB; by immunology typing method , ALL was mainly C-ALL. and type B took second place. AML was mainly M2 typed hy FAB ; other kinds of typing methods were of no statistical meaning. The use of antibody immunology typing was also analyzed , it showed that myelocyte did not react positively with CD13 、CD14、CD15、CD33 at the rate of one hundred percent ,however might he react with CD7 on cross reaction. So antibodies should not be used alone , but be used in raise the diagnosis rate and the therapeutic level.
