摘要
目前大学体制的管理,重在对教师的学术提高,部分教师只为完成"量"的任务,没有去研究学生;而学生进了大学后,完全解放自我,顺应高中的习惯去应付考试,根本就没有有意识地去研究所学知识的去向。大学教师应该积极研究教学工作,研究中学的教材,研究所教的学生,彻底改变教育观念,和学生交朋友,共同研究问题,让学生感觉到教师的亲切、学科的魅力,引导学生学会学习,学会研究,学会写作,提高今后的教学技能。
Some teachers in college, at present, pay more attention to fulfilling their teaching assignment in quantity than to studying who they are teaching, while the students have adapted to the learning methods in mid-school. The paper calls on the teachers to change their teaching ideas thoroughly. They should study teaching materials in mid-school, learn about the students' psychology, be friends with them and do research in teaching and learning together, which makes them feel intimate with their teaches, the charm of what they are learning so as to improve their ability of learning and researching and promote the teaching skills.
