摘要
喷气织机是纺织行业的关键设备。利用复势理论推导了引纬通道中气流场的合成,将喷射气流模拟成两个涡偶,得到了通道中气流速度的方程。运用数值方法对影响速度分布的各个参数进行了讨论,指出较小的喷射角度和较小的辅助喷嘴间距,能够获得较理想的喷射效果。同时,对该方法进行了实验对比,对比显示理论分析是合理的,对于工厂技术人员具有指导意义。
Air-jet loom is pivotal equipment in textile industry. This paper adopts complex potential theory to deduce airflow speed in weft channel. It imitates air jet flows with two vortex pairs, and then it obtains the equation of airflow speed in the channel. In this paper, it discusses each parameter which affects airflow speed distributing and points out that the smaller jet angle and space between can acquire ideal jet result. At the same time, this method is proved reasonable by experiments. For the engineer in factory, the results have some tutor action.
