关于安徽省高校青年教师成就动机的研究

Study of Achievement Motive of Young University Teachers in Anhui Province

采用文献资料、问卷调查、心理测量与数理统计等方法,对260名安徽省高校青年教师的成就动机进行研究。结果表明:当前高校青年教师的成就动机水平不容乐观;高校青年教师的成就动机水平在性别、学历、职称三个纬度上均无显著差异。

The paper makes a profound research into the achievement motive of the 260 young university teachers by taking the document method,questionnaires,psychological measurement,and mathematic statistics.The findings show that the achievement motive level of young university teachers is not optimistic,and that there's no marked difference in achievement motive level of the young university teachers with the varying of sex,academic credentials,and professional qualification.
