摘要
介绍了GIS的发展过程和GIS在国内外的应用现状,分析了传统管道建设与管理中的不足及数字管道的优势,指出了GIS在长输油气管道中的发展方向。认为在中国建立长输管道的GIS系统是一项十分必要的工作,它可以在提高管道的管理效率,提升管理水平和应对紧急事件等方面发挥重要作用。
This paper introduces the phylogeny of geographical information system (GIS) and its application status quo worldwide and analyzes shortcomings in traditional pipeline's construction and management and strong points of digital pipeline. It is pointed out that establishing GIS system in long distance oil and gas pipelines is an urgent and necessary work in China,which can enhance productivity and management level for pipeline enterprises as well as deal with pipeline emergency with the establishment of GIS system.
