摘要
阐述了含蜡原油的触变性研究对管输含蜡原油的工艺设计和生产管理,尤其对原油管道的停输再启动过程的意义。以华北原油为例,采用τ-.γ-t曲线法测定了触变性原油剪切应力裂降过程,通过对试验数据的拟合和相关文献试验数据的验证,建立了一种能定量描述含蜡原油剪切应力裂降过程的新型三参数触变模式。该模型具有精度高、参数少、试验简便,而且适用性广泛的特点。
In China,over 80% of the crude is waxy crude oil, of which the influence of rheology on pipeline transportation is great and as the temperature reaches gel point, complex thixotropy will appear. The research on the thixotropy of the waxy crude, therefore, is of great importance for the design of pipeline transportation and production management,especially for the shutdown and restart-up of waxy crude pipelines. In this paper, taking Huabei Crude for example, the decline of shear stress is examined with-curve Method and a novel corresponding three-parameter model is established through experimental data fitting and validating with the data published. With advantages of high accuracy,few parameters,versatile application and handiness,this model can quantitatively describe the decline of the shear stress.
