江汉平原农村饮用水安全问题研究

Research on Rural Drinking Water Safety in the Jianghan Plain

农村饮水问题一直是关系农村居民切身利益的大事,在农村饮水困难得到解决的同时,农村饮水安全问题又凸现出来。江汉平原水资源丰富的优势使其成为国家商品粮基地,但该区域农村饮水的安全问题也让人触目惊心。研究该区域的农村饮水安全问题既是贯彻科学发展观、建设社会主义新农村的具体要求,也是实现江汉平原可持续发展、巩固商品粮基地地位的现实需要。从水资源管理的角度在分析了江汉平原农村饮水问题的现状、原因之后,提出构建保障农村饮水安全的水资源管理体系,来解决农村饮水安全问题。

The problem of rural drinking water safety appears after rural drinking water difficulty has been resolved, which has close relationship with farmers＇ personal benefits all the time. The advantage of abundant water resources in the Jianghan plain makes it as a state commercial grain base. However, the problem of rural drinking water safety in this region is quite severe. So, research on it is the requirements of implementing a scientific outlook on development and building socialism new countryside, achieving sustainable development of the Jianghan plain, and strengthening the position of state commercial grain base. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of rural drinking water safety in the Jianghan plain, a management system of water resources is presented to resolve the problem of rural drinking water safety.
