试论基于知识管理的交互学习 被引量:2

摘要 在学习共同体中,知识的循环流动给学习者进行交互学习提供了便利。但是,知识的产生、形成和流动不是凭空进行的,而是多种因素相互作用的结果。本文从知识管理的角度对影响交互学习的因素进行分析,并从多角度提出和论述了增强学习共同体成员间的交互学习的措施。
