Recognition of Influence of Soil and Water Loss in China and Evaluation on Direct Economic Losses

我国是世界上水土流失最为严重的国家之一,水土流失不仅使国民经济蒙受重大损失,同时也对土地资源承载力、水资源保护和生态安全、公共安全等构成巨大威胁。在对水土流失影响分类的基础上,选择和构建系列评估指标及方法,重点对我国1990年和2000年因水土流失而造成的直接经济损失进行了分类与分区评估,并就评估结果作出了时段变化与空间差异的分析。

China is one of the most severe soil and water loss countries in the world.The soil and water loss not only makes the national economy suffering heavy losses,but also greatly threatens the bearing capacity of land resources,water resources protection,ecologic safety and public security.It conducts classified and zoning evaluation mainly on the direct economic losses caused by soil and water loss happened in China in 1999 and 2000 and analyzes the time interval variation and spatial difference of the evaluation outcomes by using serial evaluation index and methods selected based on the classification of influence to soil and water loss.
