摘要
高考改革的关键是切实以促进学生的发展为基本点并贯穿高考命题的始终。高考命题应以各学科新课程标准为依据,必须符合新课程改革的本质要求。试卷内容在关注"双基"的同时,更注重考核学生的综合素质和能力,合理设置试题的难度;在考试形式上宜采用以统一考试为主体、多元考试相结合的多样化选拔方式,关注学生的个体差异和发展的不平衡性,增强学生在高考科目和试题上自主选择的空间;在评价和录取标准上,应采用多元评价、综合评定的方式。
The reform of the national college entrance examination is to promote students' development, and the question-setting should adhere to the respective subject's new curriculum standards and meet the essential requirements set by new curriculum reform. While paying attention to the "two basic requirements (of knowledge and skill)", the content of papers should stress highly on the test of students' comprehensive quality and competence, thus it declares adequacy in the difficulty of the examination questions. On the issue of examination pattern, the examination should be a multi-phased one that takes the uniformed examination as the main part while integrating with the multi-exam regarding to students' individual character and imbalance in development which will benefit the students' independent choice of various examination subjects and quescion items. In addition, this paper argues that multi-evaluation and integrated-assessment should be implemented as the criteria for evaluation and enrollment.
