Appraisal for the clinical application of Sysmex XE-2100 automated hematology analyzer

目的对Sysmex XE-2100血液分析仪的使用性能进行评价。方法采用检测项目均无报警的ED-TA-K2抗凝的静脉血液标本对Sysmex XE-2100血液分析仪的准确度、精密度、携带污染率、线性范围进行检测,将其结果与Sysmex公司提供的设计标准相比较,采用两种不同进样模式分别检测50例样本,比较二者之间的差异。结果Sysmex XE-2100血液分析仪的准确度、精密度、携带污染率、线性范围等结果均符合设计所规定的要求;两种进样模式在允许偏倚范围内。结论Sysmex XE-2100血液分析仪性能良好,能满足血液常规分析的一般要求。

Objective To evaluate the performance of Sysmex XE-2100 automated hematology analyzer. Methods We Observed the accuracy,precision,contamination carrying over rate, linear range of Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer on EDTA-K2 anticoagulation venous blood,and compared them with the designed standard provided by Sysmex company. 50 cases of samples were detected with two different sampling modes and the results were compared. Results The accuracy, precision, carrying over rate., linear range of Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer accorded with the designed requirement of Sysmex company. Biases of two different introduction modes were in the permitted range. Conclusion The Sysmex XE-2100 automated hematology analyzer is well-performed and achieves the clinical demand for hematological analysis.
