HP800 crusher is the main equipment of crushing system of Qidashan Beneficiation Plant. The crusher is featured by great crushing ratio, high efficiency and even size distribution of crushed product. The sooth running of the crusher is essential for production of beneficiation plant. Therefore, the reasons for usual troubles are analyzed and the troubleshooting methods are found out to ensure smooth running of equipment.
