摘要
劈裂注浆是一种加固弱透水性地基的有效方法,它通过浆脉网来挤密邻近土体和提高土体强度,从而降低压缩性,提高地基承载力。本文探讨了软粘土地层劈裂注浆的原理、设计方法等。并以实际试验为载体,对其效果进行了检验研究。试验表明只要注浆能在软粘土中形成广泛分布的脉状且具有一定强度的结石体(与注浆压力、注浆流量、注浆孔间距、浆液凝结时间、注浆工艺等有关),并保证一定的注入率,软粘土劈裂注浆也就能取得良好的效果。
Hydrofracture grouting is an effective way for strengthening the soil foundation with weak permeability, which can press the neighboring soil, improve the soil strength, reduce the compressibility and enhance the bearing capacity of soil by the grouting cells. The grouting principle and the design process for soft clay are discussed, and the testing results show that when the grouting forms the wide nervation and the composition body with certain strength and ensure the grouting rate, the effect of hydrofracture grouting for soft clay is satisfied.
