摘要
本文介绍了轻型车辆隔声隔热的研究工作,包括非金属复合结构的台架对比性能试验,低密度硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的配方试验,H67—1隔热涂料的性能及工艺试验,聚氯乙烯人造革粘接试验等等,该复合结构应用于样车及其它车辆的设计中,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。
The article introduced the research work about the sound and heat Insulation for light vehicles, including the comparative performance tests of composite-structure components with nonmetallic materials, the formulation of rigid low-density foamed polyurethane, properties, and process tests of H67-1 heat-in sulating coating, and the adhesive tests of PVC leatherette etc. The obvious economic interest, and social benefit has been achieved for the composite structure applied in the design of the prototype and other vehicles.
