大分割放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗肺癌骨转移的临床疗效观察

Clinical study on hypofractionated radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid for the lung cancer patients with metastatic carcinoma of bone

目的观察大分割放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗肺癌骨转移的临床疗效及不良反应。方法90例肺癌骨转移患者随机分成观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)。观察组静滴唑来膦酸4mg加局部大分割放疗30Gy/10f,之后再静滴唑来膦酸4mg×4～6次,1次/月;对照组则单纯放疗,方法剂量同上。结果观察组止痛总有效率88.8%,显效率60%;对照组总有效率68.8%,显效率26.6%,两组比较P<0.05。随访3个月后观察组与对照组止痛的总有效率分别为86.6%和57.5%(P<0.05)。结论大分割放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗肺癌骨转移,疗效确切,毒副反应轻,耐受性好。

Objective To evaluate the effect of hypofractionated radiotherapy combined with Zoledronic acid for the lung cancer patients with metastatic carcinoma of bone. Methods 90 lung cancer patients with metastatic carcinoma of bone were randomly divided into observation group （45cases） and control group （45 cases）. The observation group was treated with hypofractionated radiotherapy （DT30Gy/10f） combined with zoledronic acid （4mg, i. v）. The injection of zoledronic acid was offered to every patient once a month for 4 - 6 times. The control group was only treated by hypofractionated radiotherapy. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88. 8% and the appearing effective rate was 60%. The total effective rate of the control group was 68.8% and the appearing effective rate was 26.6% （P 〈0. 05）. After three-month follow-up, the total effective rate of the observation group and of the control group were 86. 6% and 57.7% respectively （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Hypofraetionated radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid is effective for the metastatic bone carcinoma of lung cancer and its side - effects are low and tolerable.
