脉络宁治疗COPD并肺心病心衰疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of using combined mailuoning in treatmentof COPD pulmonary heart failure patients

目的探讨脉络宁配合西药常规方法治疗慢性肺心病并发心力衰竭的效果。方法73例患者随机分为治疗组36例,对照组37例,进行治疗后的临床疗效观察。结果治疗组与对照组比较,显效率优于对照(P<0.05),并且血流变学中全血黏度有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论脉络宁具有改善心肌收缩力,纠正心衰的作用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of using mailuoning combined with regular western medicine in treating chronic pulmonary heart failure patients. Methods The 73 cases were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group of 36 cases and the comparison group of 37 cases. The curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results The curative effect in the treatment group was better than the comparison group （ P 〈 0.05 ） and the former had better improvement in specific viscosity of whiole blood in hemerheology than the latter （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Mailuoning has curative effect in improving myocaydial contractive ability and in improving heart failure functions.
