COPD合并自发性气胸28例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 28 cases with COPD with spontaneous pneumothorax

目的提高对COPD合并自发性气胸的诊断水平。方法对2001～2006年中确诊为COPD合并自发性气胸28例进行回顾性分析。结果误诊率达39%。结论COPD合并自发性气胸是临床的常见疾病,误诊较高,应提高诊断水平,减少误诊。

Objective To ratse the level of the diagnosis of COPD with spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods 28 cases confirmed COPD with spontaneous pneumothorax from 20012006 year were analyzed retrospectively. Results The overall misdiagnosis rate was 39%. Conclusion COPD with spontaneous pneumothorax is a common disease in clinic It has high rate of misdiagnosis As such the physicians should raise their level of the diagnosis of COPD with spontaneous pneumothorax and reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
