浸润型肺结核CT与临床疗效对比分析

Comparative analysis of clinical efficacy and CT features of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis

目的评价初治浸润型肺结核患者的临床疗效和螺旋CT影像学特点的对比研究。方法116例浸润型肺结核患者,采用抗结核治疗,分别在1,2,4,8和12个月进行对比研究。结果在1,2和4个月的对比研究中,螺旋CT影像学表现的好转情况明显低于临床表现(P<0.05),而8和12个月对比结果两者表现相同。结论CT表现晚于临床症状的转归。说明即使临床结核中毒症状好转或消失,也不应该忽视结核的化学治疗。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and the helical CT feature in the first-time treatment of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 116 cases of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis were treated with chemotherapy, and the data after 1,2,4, 8, and 12 months of treatment were measures and analyzed comparatively. Results The recovery of helical CT feature was significantly slower than the manifestation of clinical symptoms after 1, 2, and 4 months of the treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The helical CT feature comes later than the recovery as indicated in clinical symptoms. Radiography plays an important role in evaluating the therapeutic effect of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis.
