单光子散发计算机断层显像在冠心病中的临床应用价值
摘要
本文重点论述了单光子散发计算机断层显像(SPECT)在冠心病诊断、危险分层、预后评估以及存活心肌检测中的价值,并指出SPECT心脏显像远没有得到合理、有效的应用。合理应用无创影像检查,将有助于冠心病的早期诊断、治疗决策和血运重建术的合理选择,从而减少冠心病患者总的医疗费用。
