摘要
聚硼二苯基硅氧烷及其衍生物是新型耐热材料。具有许多独特性能。其最高连续使用温度可达450℃,而且在非氧化性气氛中经热处理可以转化为碳化硅,应用很广。本文对聚硼二苯基硅氧烷及其衍生物的合成、性能及应用作了评述。
Polyborodiphenylsiloxane and its derivants are new heat resistance maetrials, they have many special properties. They can be used at 450 ℃ for long time and changed into silicon carbide through heat treatment at non-oxiding gas. The synthetics, properties and applications of polyborosiloxane and its derivants are reviewed.
