摘要
利用X—射线光电子能谱(XPS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了聚氯乙烯(PVC)/聚氨酯(PU)共混物的表面组成和形态结构。结果表明,在共混物样品表层5nm的深度范围里富集了PVC组分,并存在着深度浓度梯度。此外,还提出了表示这一深度范围的共混物形态结构模型。
By using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), the surface composition and morphology for blends of polyvin ylchloride/polyurethane(PVC/PU)are studied. The results show surface enrich ment of PVC component and existence of concentration gradient over the top 5nm Jo the blend samples. In addition, models are presented for the morphology of the blends of this depth.
