摘要
通过对循环流化床锅炉运行过程中多次发生水冷壁爆管事故的原因进行分析,提出了预防措施,改造后效果良好,延长了水冷壁使用寿命,提高了锅炉的运行周期,取得良好的经济效益。
Analyzes reasons for tube blastings of cooling water wall of circulating fluidized bed boiler during its operation, proposes preventive measures. The revamp shows good results, prolonging service life of cooling water wall and operating period of the boiler, and obtaining good economic results.
