摘要
分析3500t/a双氧水装置氢化釜出料不畅的原因,认为催化剂选择、工艺指标控制、设备检修等为主要影响因素,提出相应的处理措施。
Analyzes the reasons for unsmooth exiting of the feed from hydrogenation still of 3500t/a H2O2 plant. It is shown that catalyst selection, process specification control and equipment repair, etc. are the main influencing factors. Relative measures are proposed for improvement.
