钴钼加氢反应器压差大的原因分析与处理

对钴钼加氢反应器运行7个月床层压差达到设计值的4.4倍进行分析,主要原因是催化剂顶部有铁粉和硫堆积,采取更换顶部部分催化剂和增加分离装置的措施成功进行了处理。

The pressure differential of the Co-Mo catalyst bed of hydrogenation reactor was 4.4 times as big as the designed value after seven-month operation. It was diagnosed that the main reason is the deposition of iron powder and sulfur on the top of the catalyst. The trouble was successfully shot by replacing catalyst on the top and installing separating equipment.
