药学专业学生在医院实习包括以下几个组室:药房(调配处方)、制剂室(配制医院制剂)、药库(采购供应)、药检室,还有近年发展起来的临床药学等。医院实习带教水平和学生的实习质量是一项长期、复杂的工作,需要在实践中不断摸索,不断积累和总结经验。
