关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎的对比观察

Comparable Observation of Knee Arthritis Treated by Injecting in Articular Cavity

目的观察不同药物组合进行关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效差别。方法将113例膝骨关节炎病人分为两组:对照组56人,用得宝松1mL(二丙酸倍他米松5mg/倍他米松磷酸二钠2mg,1mL/1瓶,上海先灵葆雅制药有限公司生产)+生理盐水1mL+2%利多卡因1mL进行关节腔注射治疗(若有积液,抽出后注入)。治疗组57人,在对照组基础上加用玻璃酸钠(商品名施沛特,2mL/20mg,山东正大福瑞达制药有限公司生产)。治疗1周、4周、6周、12周后,将两组进行对比观察。结果治疗1周、4周后,两组间疗效差别无显著意义(p﹥0.05)。治疗6周、12周后,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(p﹤0.05)。治疗后两组间不良反应差别无显著意义(p﹥0.05)。结论用玻璃酸钠联合得宝松等,进行关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎6周后,疗效明显优于对照组,且无明显不良反应。

Objective observing the difference of curative effect of treating the knee arthritis treating by injecting in articular cavity with the combination with different medicine. Method 113 knee arthritis＇ patients are divided into two groups, which are Control group and Treatment group respectively. Control group （56 patients） is injected Diprospan injection （1ml）, 0.9% NaCl （1ml） and 2% lidocaine hydrochloride injection （1ml） into articular cavity to treat knee arthritis. If the patients have the empyema, it must be extracted ,then patients are injected medicine. Diprospan is producted by Shanghai xianlingbaoya Medicine Ltd., each bottle has 1ml including betamethasone dipropionate 5mg and betamethasone disodium phosphate 2mg. Treatment group （57 patients） are added sodium hyaluronate injection on the base of treatment of control group, sodium hyaluronate injection is produced by Shandong Zhengda Furuida medicine Ltd., it is also called by Sofast, 2mL/20mg. Result Comparing the Control group with Treatment group after 1,4,6,12 weeks, there is no evident difference of the curative effec after 1,4 weeks （p〉0.05）; but the Control group＇s curative effec is better than Treatment group＇s after 6,12 weeks（p〈0.05）; and each group＇s untoward effect is no obvious difference after treating. Conclusion combinating sodium hyaluronate injection with the Diprospan to treat knee arthritis after 6 weeks, the Control group＇s curative effect is better than Treatment group＇s after 6 weeks, and there is no obvious untoward effect.
